We’re looking for superstars to join the team at many of our nurseries, and we’d love to meet you. Simply apply for a position at one of the following nurseries between 1st and 31st January 2021, and if you’re successful a £750* bonus will be winging it’s way to you!

Terms and Conditions:

  1. To be eligible for this offer you must apply between 01st - 31st January 2021 and have started in the role by 28th February 2021.
  2. Eligible roles for this offer are Early Years practitioner (Level 2), Senior Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), Room Manager and Early Years Teacher.
  3. Contracts must be for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
  4. Participating nurseries are Bristol, Cam, John Radcliffe, Maidenhead, Madley Park, Rose Hill and Tadworth.
  5. You cannot currently be working at Midcounties Co-operative or The Co-operative Childcare or be recommended to us through a third party agency.
  6. In consideration of The Co-operative Childcare, paying you a Welcome Bonus in the sum of £750 you agree that if your employment terminates within 6 months you will not be eligible for any further additional bonus payments
  7. The welcome bonus payments will be paid to you as set out below. If you resign from your position or your contract is terminated by The Midcounties Cooperative Childcare within the 6 months qualifying period no further payments will be made to you. For example if you resigned from your position during month 4 of employment you will not receive payments of the welcome bonus in pay period 4, 5 or 6

  9. The Co-operative Childcare reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without any liability to you. If the offer is withdrawn prior to dates advertised a notice will be displayed on The Co-operative Childcare website
