Beginning The Conversation
Through the past twelve months we collectively as a Society and Members have faced an abundance of challenges on both a personal and professional level. As we look forward, with the lifting of restrictions that the vaccination programme brings, we can begin to see light at the end of the tunnel. As we begin to re-enter a realm of normality it is important for us a Society to recognise the importance of building strong relationships not just amongst our colleagues but also the wider communities that we support.
As part of the Society’s commitment to engage further with members and colleagues we have launched for the very first-time Your Co-op Conversations. Members and colleagues will be provided with the opportunity to hear from various members across the society, partners that we have long standing relationships with and suppliers of the fantastic products we sell in our stores.
Sessions will kick off on Tuesday 4th May with the first being on the customer service forum. Throughout the week we will also hear from the Young Co-Operators network and hear their thoughts on key issues.

With the AGM fast approaching, this is an opportunity for everybody to have an input in the future of our Society. We want Your Co-op Conversations to fuel lateral thinking and create positive debate about a wide range of topics, including personal progression and development.
As a Society, it is embedded within our culture that we support our colleagues, and the communities that we serve. We do this by being different, by being innovative, and incorporating our members and our colleague’s views into our plans.
