Members of our Resourcing team - Avas and Ramz - had the pleasure of attending The Oxford Brookes University Job Fair to discuss our Food Retail and Childcare opportunities. It was a great experience for them both and they had great fun meeting the students.
Upon arriving at the fair, there were also many other companies there such as Guide Dogs, Security Companies, Modern Arts companies and many more.
Ramz said “It was great to see how many of the students were interested in what we do as a Society, our morals, and values”. Ramz also discussed how some students were quite anxious about their previous experience: “they were concerned they didn’t have the right experience to work within our business areas”.
Ramz and Avas wanted to ensure they gave the students the confidence that they needed to apply. Avas went on to say, “We explained the interview process to them and showed them just how easy it really can be to apply for our jobs.”
