You will be part of a food team that wants to make a difference and aims to work closely with our communities to support local businesses. We are proud of our locally sourced ranges, where we aim to source the tastiest food and drink from the counties that we trade in. We partner with tenant farms, local suppliers and small food producers within the counties our stores trade in.

To support your career with us, we offer our colleagues opportunities to undertake training and development programmes to progress within our food business and the wider society. In fact, many of our senior leaders started as Customer Service Assistants in food stores.
