As a Total Loss Manager, you will:
Create, own and deliver the future loss prevention strategy and roadmap, using internal, external data and insights and 3rd party support that will seek to deter crime, minimise the risk of loss and waste and maximise the protection of colleagues, customers, members stock and assets.
You will be recognised as the subject matter expert and will proactively lead a team, and be accountable for the loss prevention strategy, roadmap, and budgets for the whole society.
