About the Role:

Your Coop are looking for a Transition Analyst to join our society. As a Transition Analyst, you will:

Be responsible for implementing process and change to facilitate the introduction of services or systems into a new or existing live environment.
Work within the Information Services to ensure that projects and continual service improvement activities for both internal and 3rd parties are communicated and meet the agreed expectations of the businesses, customers and users.  This will include change control activities alongside tracking of the asset database to ensure that process and equipment is utilised effectively as a result of any implementation.
Ensure all modifications to operational environments and processes can be planned, coordinated and delivered through the service transition processes and activities, to facilitate a smooth transition to live operation.
Ensure that only tested services and processes are available to the businesses via change management activities that will be delivered in accordance with an agreed and communicated business timescale, and with minimal disruption.
 

About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: 

Graduate with computer-related degree or equivalent
At least 3 years expert IT experience, with relevant process and function implementation experience
Business acumen and proven track record of customer service
Experience in negotiation and influencing stakeholders
ITIL v3 foundation certification
Experience with ITSM tool ServiceNow
