Your Coop are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our society. As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will:
 
Improve, update, and maintain the LMS by creating and managing courses, bookings and cancellations, looking for ways to improve efficiency, enhance UX and ensuring content is appropriately maintained.
Represent L&D at first point of contact by managing Society inboxes, dealing with queries, and resolving issues within SLA.
Provide specialist support across L&D including management of DAS database, administration of new apprentice agreements, managing the transfer of information between the Society and third party suppliers, reviewing and responding to applications and coordination of the achiever graduation & certification process.
Compile and analyse accurate progress reports and work with key stakeholders or directly with learners to provide the support needed to attain course completion and learning progression.
Design and implement effective level 1 evaluation process across all learning resources.
Provide support to the L&D team with communications and instructional content mapping to provide high quality learning resources throughout the Society.
On occasion, facilitate virtual training and new team building sessions across the society to improve colleague learning and engagement.
Train and support colleagues on LMS functionality by acting as subject matter expert

About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: 
 
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively – written and verbal
Strong customer focus
Understanding of learning theories and practices
Proficient in the use the MS Office applications
Some experience of learning delivery would be desirable
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability balance requests from multiple stakeholders and effectively prioritise
Experience in team administration
Experience in LMS administration desirable
