Being a Third in Charge for Your Coop Childcare means you get to combine your sociable, customer focused nature with your enthusiasm and passion for childcare! In this role, you will be helping to run the nursery, supporting other practitioners and building great relationships with parents and children, all while working for a business that puts people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Third in Charge you will be responsible for: 

You will be working in partnership with the Manager and Deputy Manager to maintain the operational efficiency of the nursery, deputising when required
Working to raise the quality of early years provision and acting as an agent of change to improve practice in the nursery
Monitoring, sharing and implementing best practice across the EYFS
Working as part of a team to provide a safe, caring environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children
Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and guardians

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

NVQ in Early Years Childcare Level 3 or above (please note, Health and Social Care qualifications are not suitable) 
ICT qualification or a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications 
Enhanced DBS check 
Occupational Health Check 
Two Satisfactory References
