As a Marketing Executive (Food), you will be responsible for:
• Take ownership in all aspects of developing, planning and delivering marketing campaigns/marketing channel activity cost effectively and within an agreed timeframe, as delegated by the Head of Food Marketing.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to planned budgets and timelines, to encompass Food Markets/ Supermarket, Convenience stores and Best of our Counties marketing plans.
• Plan (with support of Manager), implement through various stages of delivery and communicate marketing campaigns/initiatives with clear objectives which assist in successfully delivering strategic marketing goals.
• Build and manage good working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to gain buy in to marketing initiatives and successfully manage expectations.
• Work with District Managers, Store Managers and other senior leaders to understand the marketing requirements and apply technical knowledge to ensure that the marketing output meets expectation.
• Manage and co-ordinate production of all marketing collateral (including online, offline and social media assets) using internal media platforms and external agencies as appropriate.
• Manage and co-ordinate all campaign production, from preparing initial marketing briefs to obtaining final sign off, preparing internal comms and co-ordinating campaign distribution as appropriate
• Co-ordinate the integration of all existing marketing collateral onto marketing media platforms and marketing asset libraries.
• Develop and maintain marketing and campaign toolkits, creating appropriate marketing and campaign asset libraries as necessary.
