Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth through innovative partnerships? We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial Partnerships to join our senior team in Food Retail.
This role will have these areas of accountability – Commercial Partnerships and Project Lincoln.
Commercial Partnerships:
You will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial partnerships strategy to drive year-on-year sales and profit growth. This includes identifying market trends, managing contracts and supplier relationships, and working across teams to launch new partnerships and grow existing ones. Partnerships range from FRTS (e.g. lottery), direct partnerships (e.g. Uber), concessions, and franchises (e.g. coffee shops)
Project Lincoln:
You will own the Lincoln strategy and associated P and L, and be accountable for the project, pilot and development. You will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders in Food, the wider society and with external partners to ensure it delivers profitable sales and meets agreed KPI’s.
As part of the role, you will:
• Develop and lead a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive YOY sales and profit growth
• Identify market trends and secure key commercial contracts to enhance customer and member experiences
• Oversee Project Lincoln, steering the pilot and rollout of this exciting new care-based subscription service
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new partnerships and maximise the impact of existing ones
• Represent Midcounties externally, building relationships with key partners and stakeholders

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office.
